Marvel Legends Captain America and Iron Man are immortalized in pewter by Royal Selangor with a cool significant comic cover as a back drop. Captain America jumps out of his first appearance in Avengers #4 while Iron Man does his superhero entrance as the back drop of The Invincible Iron Man #96
Digging through some of my archives and pulling our some of my favorites comics.
From DC Comics, found the crossover event 4 issue War of the Gods which had almost everyone in attendance. Justice League (well lets face it, almost every hero is a card holding Justice Leaguer ) vs the ancient Gods. Comes with some cool posters. Also holding the DC comics flag is the one and only Peacemaker.
Next up are the GI Joes. Technically under Marvel Comics but hey, they are their own brand. Didn't really collect GI Joes much but have some cool comics mainly from the yearbooks which had so much extra stuff.
Last but not least, the main part of my collect, Marvel comics. Random dip into the vault pulled out X-men crossover Days of Future Past. 4 issue main issues featuring Sentinels and all our favorite heroes like Fantastic Four and Avengers too.
Haven't really bought more recent issues but these really bring back great memories.
Straight from the MCU Thor Ragnarok movie and looking mean. Comes with a flaming sword and alternate hands. Now the decision needs to be made if I should take him out of his prison and unleash him on my collection.
The first Avenger, Steve Rogers Captain America, has the super soldier syrum in his body. It makes him perform at the peak of human capacity but it doesn't make him invulnerable. That's why he also has a shield to provide another layer of protection. As depicted by Hasbro's Marvel Legends Action Figure Toy of Captain America.
Similarly if you have had your Covid vaccination, it is just another layer if protection. You are not invulnerable. Do still take the necessary protection to ensure you have as many layers of protection as you can have.
This figure was so tempting that I had to get this. This was my first custom figure my collection. So far it is also the only custom Marvel Legends action figure in my collection.
This custom figure was most likely inspired by the Earth-295 Iron Ghost, figured in the Uncanny X-Force #12 comic. It is very similar but not exact replica of the character featured.
The combination of Avengers Iron Man and Ghost Rider brings about a really cool character. The figure comes with his chain weapon which makes short work of any adversary.
Hasbro's Marvel Legends Build a Figure BAF Onslaught is so much better with the original head instead of the Red Skull head the originally came with the BAF series. So glad they did finally release it as part of a different series.
Will have to dig out some Avengers, Fantastic Four, X-Men to do a scene.
When the MCU movie Avengers Infinity War came out, Tesco Malaysia ran a promo for these collectible figures with stamps as the base. You had to collect stamps to fill a book to purchase a blind box.
I only managed to collect these 3 Avengers figures before the end of the promotion. About 2 1/2 inches high, they are great for your desk or window sill.
Captain America / Nomad / Steve Rogers depending on who you read or talk to 😁. Obviously no one gave him a shield yet.

Last but not least the Mighty Thor with lightning effects.
Wondering if anyone did manage to collect all of them including the extra rare mystery one.
Kind of reflective of collecting...the infinity war waged to collect the whole set.

Marvel Legends Avengers Iron Man HulkbusterBAF series is here ! And well worth the wait.
Standing at almost 10 inches tall and weighing as a Hulkbuster should, this ultimate Iron Man heavy duty Hulkbuster figure feels absolutely solid.
In comparison to the Hulk from the Thanos build a figure, it towers over him and is a good size comparison as seen in the showdown from the Age of Ultron movie.
