Ulysses Klaw started of being a common criminal spearheading a venture to steal vibranium from Wakanda, the Black Panther's kingdom. In the ensuing encounter, he was transformed into Klaw the Master of Sound ! Battling many of the Marvel Universe's heroes like the Fantastic Four, Daredevil, the Black Panther and the Avengers both by himself and part of various evil groups like the Masters of Evil and the Frightful Four, he has proved to be a formidable foe.
